This album serves as a living memory of the members of VVA Chapter 421.

While it documents the honor and pride of the men and women featured in
this album its dedication is handed to the 85 brave souls from Staten Island

who made the ultimate sacrifice on the foreign soil of Vietnam. Those
brave souls are also part of the historical documentation of this album.
