The only crime defined in the Constitution is Treason and it is defined in Article III.  Unlike many state constitutions, the U.S. Constitution is not a "legal" document in the sense that is codifies law (Alabama's Constitution, for example, has over 700 amendments). Rather, it is a document that establishes a government, and, therefore, is short on legalese.
