This coming Sunday will be September 11, 2016 marking 15 years since that fateful day. Let's take a moment to remember those who lost their lives as responders, those in the towers, and those who lost their lives since then as a result of that day. Remember the fallen and wounded who, in the service of our country and with honor and patriotism, responded and continue to respond to the events of that day. Yes, on Sept 11, 2016 there is cause to pause, remember, and honor. Remember...

Chapter President has the following special message for our members:

Fellow Chapter Members:

Our Chapter relies not only on the strength of its administration but also on the strength of participation by its members.  “Stepping up to the plate” may be a cliché but it is one that carries a ton of weight.  We have excellent attendance, usually 35 or more members, at our meetings.  What we do need is that when projects or activities requiring the strength of participation that we also remember that weight carrying cliché.

Right now we have the project of building the Soap Box car for entry into the National Superkids Derby.  What we could use is someone that has a pickup truck.  As other projects come along and the request for committee members and participants goes out, let’s see those hands go up.

Thank you to all who participate and support.

Your Brother
Gene

Today is September 11, 2015 marking 14 years since that fateful day. Let's take a moment to remember those who lost their lives as responders, those in the towers, and those who lost their lives since then as a result of that fateful day. Remember the fallen and wounded who, in the service of our country and with honor and patriotism, responded and continue to respond to the events of that day. Yes, today there is cause to pause, remember, and honor. Remember...
